Here you’ll find some of my favorite wedding projects, I loved getting to celebrate these couples’ lives together through all of the little details that made up their wedding stationery.

THE WEDDING PROCESS

Email Inquiry and Get to Know You

After I receive your inquiry, I’ll be in touch within 1-2 business days to schedule a phone call, in person meeting, or digital chat depending on what makes the most sense for you and your schedule. During this meeting we’ll cover all of the details — from what you can expect when we work together to your overall vision for your wedding day and stationery preferences.

Proposal and Booking

Once we’ve chatted, I’ll put together a comprehensive scope and pricing proposal for you based on the vision we’ve discussed for your wedding paper. All proposals are custom quoted for save the dates, invitation, and day of paper, and includes at least one specialty print process, like letterpress, foil printing, or acrylic engraving throughout their stationery.

If you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and we’ll get into the fun part—design!

Proofs and Revisions

After we’ve gathered all of the wording and inspiration we need to get started on designing your suite, I’ll prep several concepts for you to review. Once we’ve found a direction we like, I’ll continue refining with unlimited revisions: only once it makes your heart sing will we head to print.

Printing and Production

It’s time to make reality out of your proofs! Print production usually takes approximately one month from approval to mailing. Over the years we’ve developed a list of trusted production partners that deliver the highest quality prints, and I oversee the process with them from file submission to inspecting everything when your final pieces arrive back to my studio. If there are any extra goodies going into your suite – like handwritten calligraphy, specialty closures, or custom postage – I’ll coordinate the production of those, too.

Assembly and Mailing

When all of your pieces have arrived, I handle the assembly for you – you won’t have to lift a finger (or lick a stamp). Once everything is stuffed and ready to go, I’ll handle mailing for you and your extras and samples will be shipped to you to enjoy.

If we’re working together on additional details like day of paper, I’ll be in touch with more timeline info – but otherwise you can sit back and relax with a glass of wine as the replies roll in (hopefully quickly, since all of your guests will be so excited to party once they receive your invite)!
